Beware. I ordered two tumblers. Each $40. Expensive, but wanted to get a gift for loved ones who recently lost their beloved dogs. I threw one tumbler in the garbage. Over $40 just thrown in the trash. One tumbler came out fine, yet the other terribly distorted. Not only no refund or replacement, they won’t even reply to my emails. Literally, money thrown in the garbage. If you’re looking for a decent product & at least customer service that acknowledges you, PoochPrints is not the company. There are too many other sites that offer the same services, so make sure to shop around. Super highly disappointed. Especially given the circumstances for what these tumblers meant.

The reason for the 3 is that the photo is a little fuzzy. This is a picture of my sons very good much loved dog. Which was his college roommate and even though he's fortunate enough to still have her we knew he would love the mug.

Love the mugs! I bought one for each of my daughters for Christmas. The pictures are perfect, the cups are great quality. Worth every penny! I did have an issue with a broken lid on one of them. It took a little longer than it should have to resolve. All I wanted was a replacement lid, which probably shouldn’t take a month and multiple emails, but they ended up sending me a whole new cup. Ordered this as a gift to my son. It took a little longer to recieve the email stating it was going to production (4 business days instead of 2), but that was fine. I recieved the cup earlier than expected. Loved the quality of the picture and the fact that it is on both sides of the cup. Large stainless steel cup with a lid that closes as well. While I am happy with the picture on the cup, I do not think the longevity will be worth the price. The photo on each side feels raised and I do not think it will remain on the cup for very long if used and/or washed often. The edges were rough and I feel it will be peel quickly. I was disappointed with that aspect so she will be sitting this one on the shelf...
Also, I ordered it with what said to be a 24-48 hour turn around for the mock up to be ready. I had not heard anything, and after I contacted them multiple times, 3 days later I got the mock up order email. It took another 6 days for the cup to get to me. The birthday present was late which was another disappointment. Not that I expected a 2 day delivery but I certainly did not expect it to be that long.
