But, anyway thank you guys. I made these stickers of my sweet girl, Poppy who passed unexpectedly in August. I loved this pic, it makes me laugh so I have a sticker on my phone, water bottles.. I ordered a second order because all my co workers ended up wanting a Poppy sticker as well!! So thank you, these stickers are actually kinda helping me with my grief. She was an amazing dog ❤️

The product was amazing. However the customer service was subpar, claiming an email was sent that never was. Also the order was placed on Aug 5 and approved on Aug 11 and it wasn’t delivered until September 3. Well past the birthday of the person it was intended as gift for.

I’m disappointed in the customer service at this company. I contacted them two months ago about getting a reprint for a set of stickers that I ordered, which were printed way too light and hard to make out details. I received a response that a reprint would be issued a week later and have heard nothing since. I sent a follow up email a week ago and still haven’t heard anything. I will certainly not be spending for $30 for 8 stickers again.

Second time this happened in a row. The boy this time, I got no reply to my email. Used to ship in cardboard sleeve now they come in. Plastic bag and both arrived crumpled. I’ve ordered at least 8 stickers and have been so happy. Not only was the last one crumpled, it was totally different than approved mock up. Just an ears are bright yellow and it’s been adjusted so there is no dimension to his face at all. Don’t know what’s happened with this company but I can tell you, I’ll never buy again. I no longer will recommend this company.

The buying experience was great. The communication was on point. The stickers look great. Good to see my girls face again... It should be noted that they aren't vinyl, but paper stickers so I'm not sure how they'll hold up to the elements. I have one on my bike, so we shall see. I want one on my car as well, but I wait to see how it does on the bike. All in all a positive experience.

I placed my order at the end of March and the print looked great. However, there was a problem with the shipping and it was sent back to the fulfillment facility (which is not the companies fault). However, on April 10th I was told to give them a different address that gets USPS and once they received my item they would reship it. It is now April 27th and I still have not received anything and their customer service has not responded to my multiple emails to get an update. Unfortunately, at this point, I wouldn't recommend using this company, extremely poor customer service.
