Love the color and the picture quality, and especially that both of our cats are on it. The zipper is weird. It goes all the way around it so you can take the top off, which is fine but tricky for my daughter. The issue is she only used the lunchbox 3 days before the zipper actually broke. The zipper teeth wouldn’t line up. My husband and I each tried to fix it but it didn’t work out. We took it to someone local to fix it and our daughter has had to take her old lunchbox to school the last 4 days. That along with it being on the smaller side, was disappointing. I’d rather my money go to good quality items that would last and be size comparable with her old lunchboxes.

Love this lunch box! Our Phoebe goes to playcare twice a week. We pack a snack for her and a bone to chew on when she’s not on the play floor. We also leave her collar and leash in the lunchbox when we drop her off, to make sure it’s always there when we pick her up. The photo looks just like her and the box is good and sturdy. Everyone at her “school” thinks it’s great!

Ordered this to accompany the water bottle for a birthday gift. Both are EXCELLENT quality and seemingly very durable. The prints are exceptionally done with the best materials I can think of in today's world (meaning they are not just crappy stickers stuck on products or some patchwork quilt looking chaos). This lunchbox is the perfect size for a sandwich and some sides WITH an ice pack thrown in there (granted, if you like to pack 2 Qt tubs of leftovers for lunch you might want to consider a cooler-sized lunch bag versus this). The zip-off top makes the lunchbox incredibly easy to quickly clean out after every use. I could not be more pleased with both this lunchbox and the water bottle. I literally spent HOURS looking for the potentially most reliable company to produce this gift idea and I was absolutely not disappointed with the results. Hands down would recommend this company and their products to anyone who is looking for a durable, high quality, personalized printed lunch box and water bottle (based off of these two very different mediums used for printing I can safely assume all of their products are exceptional).

I work for a nonprofit in Newtown Square, Pa. We have an early education learning center, a summer camp, and an Agriculture Educational Barn/Farm. One of our horses, Flash, who was 35 years old, passed away. Our Ag. Ed. Director was very close with Flash and her favorite past time was feeding him lunch. I wanted to give her the opportunity to still “have lunch” with Flash. I didn’t know if I could get his picture on a lunch box but I came across Pooch Prints and figured I would try it out. The bag looks very pretty. The quality of the picture turned out great. It is small, as some of the comments I read had said, but I am happy with it. I think smaller is better and is very cute. I did not find any trouble with the zipper.
Only other comments is that delivery took forever! I had read one review saying that it was quick, which it was not at all in my situation. It took almost three weeks, which sucked because it was a gift for someone. Also, I think the choice of fonts could be better. Maybe have a couple of fonts available people could test and see what they like? Like a simulator? That would save time.
Overall I am happy with the final product. I think it's well done.

The photo is great but the white plastic material that surrounds the lunch box is showing in three different spots. I have tried tucking it back under the picture but only to have it visible in other spots. I’m not sure to order any more because this problem makes it look cheap

The photo came back really beautiful but the quality and design of the lunch box itself was awful. The top lid design allows for it to fully zip off, which is guaranteed to happen when elementary age kids open it. Getting it back on is difficult for an adult, let alone a child. In addition, the zipper broke (the corner seams would split open moments after being zipped closed) on the FIRST day. Do not recommend.

The photo is amazing! My daughter loves her lunch box, because it’s a perfect replica of her dog. I just wish the lunch box had better functionality. It’s a struggle to zip it, and it’s too small to fit her compartmentalized lunch container. That zipper is not kid friendly. The top flap is flat and not very pliable. It was the most expensive lunch bag I’ve ever purchased, and I actually don’t even think my daughter will be able to use it. For $35, I thought I was purchasing a lunch box that we could actually use.
