I was VERY disappointed to get my print rolled up and not framed. It was very misleading when I purchased. I paid a good bit of money for something that I could have printed at home. I will not recommend this site to anyone because of the amount of money I paid for a rolled up print on a thick piece of paper.

I was very disappointed with the final product. Every picture it shows when I bought this looked as of it was illustrated. When I got the print it was just my picture placed on the page with her name above it. They did not do anything else. In the picture there was a back light from the sun so a few of her whiskers are glowing while others are not. It gives her a weird glow and makes her look creepy. I had done this through another company and they actually did a great job and did touch ups and adjusted light and shadows. We actually threw it out because everyone who saw it said the same thing, she looks possessed. The phone she looks adorable. I would look else where if you are going to get a picture done or take the time to edit and adjust the picture you send to be perfect.

I bought this same print for my dog about a year ago. Absolutely loved it. Unfortunately when I ordered this one, the font was different and the look of the picture was different. I was pretty disappointed.

Poorly made. Plastic covering, not glass. It came scratched. I contacted the company and they never got back to me. The portrait is printed out on a piece of paper. It doesn’t look good close up. Definitely not worth the price.

Got these for my parents and they LOVED them!!!! I’ve done something similar for my own dog through a different place and it was so expensive and took forever. Pooch prints got me the proofs in like a day and then I wanted one of them redone and they did that for me by the following day. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would!!!!!!!!
