I love the way the print came out. It really looks great. My only suggestion is at the print be in an 8 x 10.
I couldn’t find a frame to fit it. Therefore, I had to cut part of the top off and part of the bottom to put it in an 8 x 10 and it fits, but it’s like right at the top of the head, I just don’t understand why they’re made it in a size that you can’t find a standard frame for. For that reason, I don’t think I would order again. Although, I love the way it came out it. It’s very good quality. All the brushstrokes look very realistic. The picture came out fantastic I just didn’t like having to deal with trying to find a frame that fits and having to cut the photo.

Love the photo. Only thing I was disappointed with is that the picture was delivered outside of the frame. The recipient had to put it in the frame upon receipt. This was a gift and them not knowing what they were receiving, my son accidentally ripped the picture. That really bummed me out. Should have been placed within the frame.

The portrait is absolutely stunning and so vibrant! Such a beautiful way to memorialize our beloved Pomeranian, Nina, our 15 year old who passed away on Aug. 17, 2022. I cried all over again when I unrolled the portrait when I saw the details and that it captured her soulful eyes.
I ordered the 12x16 in Sunset with the Black picture frame. The photo that I uploaded for Nina, was a close up and so her left ear was cropped from the image. After placing the order, I realized that the portrait may be missing an ear LOL - but I left it at that, so as not to complicated the process. However, Pooch Prints recreated the ear! It was such a heartwarming and surprising touch!
Packaging was very detailed and carefully put together. The turnaround on proofing and delivery was on point!
I am beyond satisfied and highly recommend trusting these folks with your fur babies. I will be ordering another portrait of my 2 year old Boxer!

My only disappointments were that the pictures came rolled up in a tube instead of being placed in the frames and the frames do not have class for the front by plastic instead. Had I realized this, I could have saved money and purchased my own frames.
