We lost our St. Bernard a year ago. I had a print of him made as well as a print of our new saint pup and gave them to my husband for our anniversary. He loved them. I really loved the mock up when I received it, however was less impressed with the final result. I think the size being so large made it seem blurry compared to what I was thinking. I also contacted the customer service email a couple times and never received a response. For the price, I feel it was a decent purchase but due to the time it took to complete from start to finish I likely wouldn't order again.

I tried to have this photo done two times at my expense. The dog was black and white. Both times the picture looked like a big blur, so bad that I couldn’t give it to the person I bought it for. I have tried to contact customer service twice about this and even though they say they will respond, they never do. I won’t but again from here because this even though I have had very nice pictures done as well.

The recipient checked cameras, reached out to neighbors, reached out to the post office, and posted to neighborhood site with no sign of the item. When I reached out to the company to see what options were available l was told none. The item I paid for was not received, therefore, I would not recommend this company.

This is the second time i ordered for my friends who have lost their pups. Ordering and delivery was quick and easy. The first time i ordered i did not need to make any corrections. The second order i asked if they could remove the sand on the pups face as the picture i uploaded was of a beach play and i did not realize this. Nevertheless, they drew what i sent and corrected per my instructions. The artist rendering was spot on and captured the spirit and energy of those pups. My friends loved them. I highly recommend poochprints!
