The water bottle itself is high quality and the image printing is definitely made to match that quality in regards to durability. The photo looks slightly off BUT that is seems to be due to the materials being worked with (not to mention the pup who's photo is used is quite scruffy and her coat is truly difficult to duplicate when printing any kind of photo of her on any material). I did reject the initial mockup but wound up going with that first draft (this did add about an additional week from the time I placed my order to the time it was delivered). I will say that response time regarding mockups & any questions is definitely lagging but that could be due to the fact that I am in the States. It is very difficult to get a hold of anyone for any customer service questions but I can easily forgive that considering the quality of the products produced. Fair warning to all state-side customers (maybe Canada too?) there might be a miscellaneous bank fee when ordering from this company but it is definitely worth it. This company is not a scam nor does it produce crappy products like so many other sites I have found. This water bottle is built to last and the material used for the print does not seem to be at risk of falling off the bottle within a few washes (i.e its not just a sticker slapped on a bottle, it seems to be literally a part of the water bottle itself). Overall VERY pleased with this product! One more word of advice, if ordering as a gift for someone and there is a deadline by which you would like to guarantee having the product, order at least a month in advance... just to give plenty of time for the mockup & production process.
